I would like to introduce you to three very special people. They may seem a little familiar.

Introducing Flat Gui, Flat Pascal, and Flat Ætheline!

At the suggestion of a friend in Australia, we made these Flat Kids to send on adventures around the world. Letter Post is a lot cheaper than air fare, you see.

Flat Gui is currently in the Australian desert, accompanying my friend Tony doing remote exploration. This was his latest update:
Flat Gui and I are located one hour north of Injune, Queensland, Australia. Today is day four of rain and thus a stop to working operations however it's projected to improve in a matter of hours. Flat Gui was able to photograph and video a large green tree frog, one of many that we would find climbing around camp in a late night rain. We also encountered the infamously poisonous Cane Toad, locating 8 in a single night. Photos and video will be sent back in Flat Gui's expedition package.
We are very much looking forward to seeing what Flat Gui brings back with him! He's on an extended stay, and won't be back until Spring.
Flat Pascal is in France with my friend Tiphaine and her family. He is headed to visit another friend in Paris shortly, but first he popped over to London for a quick look around.

I'd just like to pause and say that, obviously, I have truly awesome and creative friends.
Speaking of awesome, my brother in law Adam went above and beyond in chronicling Flat Aetheline's adventures with him and my sister. Flat Aetheline accompanied them on a cruise in the Bahamas, and he turned it into a pdf book, narrated by Flat Aetheline herself. Here are some pictures and a few pages:

We have more to come - we are tracking them on a large map in the boys bedroom, and we have no shortage of prospective hosts. The boys enjoyed reading about Flat Aetheline's adventures and are looking forward to the triumphant return of their avatars. I am excited to see what adventures the Flat Kids have next!
