Pine cone bird feeders

Trying to share some holiday experiences through pictures. I expect it will take a few posts. (Though there wasn't a camera on hand for many of the best moments.) This is how I filled up some of Christmas Day to keep it from becoming entirely indolent and self-indulgent: feeding the birds.
